RealHelix™ qRT-PCR Kit [v4] [UDG System] 는 단일 반응에서 최대 5개의 서로 다른 표적 RNA를 다중 검출 가능하도록 최적화된 qRT-PCR 시약입니다. Enzyme mix는 reverse transcriptase, chemically-modified hot-start PCR enzyme, RNase inhibitor, 및 thermolabile UDG가 최적화된 형태로 혼합되어 있습니다. 2x 농도의 reaction buffer에는 Mg²⁺, dNTP/dUTP를 포함한 반응에 최적화된 필수 요소들이 포함되어 있습니다. 이 구성 요소들에 의해 본 시약은 높은 민감도(sensitivity), 정확도(accuracy) 및 특이도(specificity)를 보장합니다. 적용된 UDG system에 의하여 carryover contamination을 방지할 수 있습니다.

Purified SARS-CoV-2 viral RNA(dilution fold; 10^-4, 10^-5, 10^-6, 10^-7) or human total RNA(10, 1, 0.1, 0.01ng) were analyzed using three different sets of target-specific primers and probes(ORF8 and N gene from SARS-CoV-2 / RNase P gene from human). The probes were labeled with HEX(ORF8), Texas Red(N gene), or Cy5(RNase P). The multiplex reaction was tested using the RealHelix™ qRT-PCR Kit [v4] [UDG System] on a real-time PCR instrument, Bio-Rad CFX96.
